After 12 fully paid months (360 paid days or 52 paid weeks), ownership transfers automatically with PHP 0 additional cash buyout—your PHP 3,000 security deposit covers the final transfer fee on an As-Is, Where-Is basis (company 4G GPS removed at Hub and free maintenance ends upon ownership transfer).
