After 12 fully paid months (360 settled daily payments or 52 settled weekly payments with zero pending dues), the rider qualifies for automatic ownership transfer with PHP 0 additional out-of-pocket buyout. Your PHP 3,000 security deposit covers the final transfer fee, EBikePH removes the company 4G GPS unit at the Hub, and the bike transfers As-Is, Where-Is (ending free maintenance).
